The whole process went very smoothly and didn’t cost us anything. Being referred to the EV team, led to a site visit by them within days and the offer to install the following week. Our company’s decision processes don’t work at quite that speed, but once our building management committee was in the picture and in full agreement, the installation went ahead.
The EV team were quite understanding about our worries that use by the public might be a problem, but it was all incorporated and we now have a satisfactory set of 3 tariffs – one for our company, one for groups using the building, and one for the general public. I am very grateful for GES in getting this process underway, and I’m sure as time goes on it will get well used.
