Where services are provided through the Voids portal, the information processed and the applicable data-handling arrangements are agreed with the relevant client under separate GDPR/data-processing agreements. Those arrangements apply alongside this privacy policy where relevant.

For support programmes such as LEAP, Green Energy Switch uses the eligibility, household, financial and support information provided during the initial referral process to assess and progress the referral. We do not collect additional health, financial or vulnerability information beyond the information required for that initial referral. If a resident agrees to proceed, we may use the same referral information to complete LEAP’s referral form and pass the referral to AgilityEco/LEAP for onward handling.
4.1.3 To communicate with you and manage our relationship
We may use your personal information to provide service-related communications, respond to questions, provide support and notify you of relevant changes to our services. For LEAP referrals, we may attempt to contact the resident up to three times to confirm whether they wish to proceed.
We rely on contractual necessity or our legitimate interests in managing our relationship with customers, clients, service users and other contacts.
4.1.4 To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We may process personal information where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements or other legal obligations.
Our lawful basis for this processing is compliance with a legal obligation.

Once a resident has agreed to proceed, Green Energy Switch passes the referral information to AgilityEco/LEAP, where it is stored within LEAP’s CRM, operated using Zoho, and handled under the applicable LEAP/AgilityEco privacy arrangements;
5.1.4 professional advisers, including legal, accounting and insurance advisers;
5.1.5 analytics, marketing and technology providers that help us operate, understand and improve our Website and services; and
5.1.6 government bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts or other authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
5.2 Where a third party processes personal information on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual and security measures to protect that information and ensure it is processed only for the purposes for which it was provided.

For LEAP referrals, once a resident agrees to proceed and the referral is submitted, the referral information is stored within LEAP’s CRM, operated using Zoho. Information processed through the Voids portal is handled under separate client-specific GDPR/data-processing agreements. We require appropriate safeguards to be in place to protect personal information that is processed on our behalf.
9.3 Where access to any of our services or systems requires an account or password, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and should not share them with others.
