Project Officer – Local Energy Advice Team

Do you enjoy helping people?  Our local energy advice project is a customer facing role which provides important advice, support and energy saving measures to fuel poor and vulnerable households.  We are looking for a confident, friendly, helpful individual to be hands on out in the community visiting residents in their home, attending community events and manning stands in and around Peterborough.

Project Officer – Admin Team

Do you have excellent admin and customer service skills?  Would you like to work in an award-winning, professional, small and friendly team?  The right candidate will provide excellent customer care to our customers which include social landlords, local authorities and the public, via email, phone and face-to-face.  You’ll also be a key account manager, ensuring that income generation targets are met and be responsible for identifying sales opportunities with current and potential customers.
